Flat rails

The flat rails are flat, narrow metal profiles with precise, smooth guide tracks. They are typically made of hardened steel to ensure high wear resistance and durability. These rails are firmly mounted in the machine structure or on a work surface and serve as a base on which the carriage slides. Flat rails guides are available in various sizes and designs to handle different loads.

The flat rails from THK are exclusively made of stainless austenitic steel, making them extremely robust and highly corrosion resistant.

The flat rails are available in three versions:

• The compact model FBW2560XR is particularly suitable for applications with low loads and limited space available.
• The version FBW3590XR has reinforced components and can therefore handle higher loads.
• The heavy-duty model FBW50110XR is designed to carry heavy loads.
