Stud type track rollers

Tapered roller bearings are ready-to-install rolling bearings, available in single or double row configurations based on deep groove ball bearings or angular contact ball bearings. These bearings are characterized by particularly thick outer rings with a convex outer surface, which can also have a cylindrical outer surface depending on the requirements. They are able to withstand high radial loads and tolerate axial loads from slight misalignments, misalignment, or short-term starting shocks.

Instead of an inner ring, tapered roller bearings are supplied with solid roller cones equipped with a fixing thread. These bearings are not mounted in a housing bore, but supported on a flat raceway (counter race). When equipped with an eccentric ring, tapered roller bearings can be adapted to the counter race, allowing for larger manufacturing tolerances in the connection design.

Tapered roller bearings are sealed and have covers to protect them from dirt and environmental influences.
